Terms And Conditions For Reseller
1. எங்கள் நிறுவனத்தின் தயாரிப்புக்கள் அனைத்தும் எங்கள் நிறுவனத்தின் பெயரிலேயே விற்க்கபடும். வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு எங்கள் நிறுவனத்தில் இருந்தே பில் வழங்கப்படும்.
All the products of our company are sold under our company name. The customer will be billed from our company.
2. எங்கள் நிறுவனத்தில் மறுவிற்பனையாளர் ஆக இணையும் உங்களுக்கு ஒவ்வொரு ஆர்டர்க்கும் 10% கமிஷசன் வழங்கப்படும்.
You will get 10% commission on every order you join our company as reseller.
3. 10% கமிஷனானது சாஃப்ட்வேர் இன் தொகையில் இருந்தே கொடுக்கப்படும். இதில் Bulk sms, Domain ,Hosting ,Online Database,Printer,Biometric Device,etc. இதுபோன்றவைகளின் தொகை அடங்காது.
10% commission will be paid from the amount of the software. It does not include total SMS, domain, hosting, online database, printer, biometric device etc.
4. நீங்கள் சாஃப்ட்வேர் தொகையில் இருந்து கூடுதல் தொகை வைக்கும்பட்சத்தில் உங்களின் 10% கமிஷன் வழங்கபடமாட்டாது.
Your 10% commission will not be paid if you collect more than the software amount.
5. நீங்கள் கொண்டுவரும் ஆர்டர் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளபடும் பொழுது அந்த ஆர்டர்க்கான தொகையில் 50% முன்பணமாக செலுத்தபட வேண்டும்.
50% of the order amount should be paid in advance when your order is accepted.
6. ஆர்டர் ஏற்றுகொள்ளபட்ட உடன் உங்களுக்கு சாஃப்ட்வேர் டெலிவரி தேதி குறிப்பிடபடும். அந்த தேதியில் உங்கள் சாஃப்ட்வேர் வாடிக்கையாளரிடம் கொடுக்கப்படும்.
You will be provided with an delivery date for the software upon acceptance of the order. Your software will be delivered to the customer on that date.
7. ஆர்டர் ஐ கஸ்டமர் கேன்ஸல் செய்யும் பட்சதில் முன்பணம் திருப்பி தரபடமாடாது. முன்பண தொகையைவிட அதிகமாக வேலை செய்யபட்டிருந்தால் அந்த தொகையை மறுவிற்பனையாளர்யே தரவேண்டும்.
Advance payment is non-refundable in case of customer cancellation of order. If more work is done than the advance amount then the reseller will have to pay that amount.
8. ஒவ்வொரு சாஃப்ட்வேர்க்கான தொகையும் மாறுபடும் ஆதலால் சாஃப்ட்வேர் ஐ ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும் முன் நிறுவனதிடம் தொகையை உறுதிசெய்துகொள்ளவும்.
The amount for each software varies so confirm the amount with the company before accepting the software.
9. சாஃப்ட்வேர்க்கு சர்வீஸ் மற்றும் கூடுதல் வேலைபாடுகள் , வருட பராமரிப்பு இதன் தொகையில் கமிஷசன் வழங்கபடமாட்டாது.
No commission shall be paid on the amount of service and additional works and annual maintenance of the software.
10. மறுவிற்பனையாளரான உங்களால் நிறுவனத்திற்க்கு இழப்பு ஏற்படும்பட்சதில் அதற்க்கு நீங்களே முழு பொறுப்பு.
You are solely responsible for any loss caused to the company by you.
11. நிறுவனத்தின் பெயர் கெடும் வகையில் நடந்துகொண்டால் உங்களின் மறுவிற்பனையாளர் உரிமம் ரத்து செய்யபடும் .
Disreputable conduct may result in cancellation of your reseller license.
12. மறுவிற்பனையாளரான நீங்கள் Tutytech நிறுவனத்திர்க்கு கட்டுபட்டவர்களே . நிறுவனம் எடுக்கும் முடிவே இறுதியானது.
You are bound by Tutytech. The decision of the company is final.
